【摘要】：為了解繁昌柯家沖窯青白瓷釉化學(xué)組成特征及其演變過程,并探索我國南方早期青白釉的工藝技術(shù)來源,本文運(yùn)用能量色散X射線熒光光譜法(EDXRF)分析了柯家沖窯五代至北宋中期不同階段青白瓷釉的化學(xué)組成,并將分析結(jié)果與同時(shí)期北方定窯白瓷釉及南方越窯青瓷釉化學(xué)組成進(jìn)行了綜合對比研究。結(jié)果顯示,繁昌柯家沖窯青白釉化學(xué)組成在北宋中期時(shí)發(fā)生了明顯變化,其中尤以SiO_2含量的下降和CaO含量的上升最為明顯,著色元素Fe,Mn,Ti的氧化物含量自五代時(shí)期至北宋中期變化幅度很小,繁昌柯家沖窯青白釉釉色由偏白向偏青轉(zhuǎn)變的原因可能與該窯瓷器胎色的不斷加深有關(guān)。此外,主成分分析及具有相似功能特性的元素組合對比分析結(jié)果顯示,繁昌柯家沖窯青白瓷釉的化學(xué)組成與北方定窯白瓷釉較為接近,其釉料配方工藝可能來源于同時(shí)期我國北方地區(qū)以定窯為代表的白瓷窯場。本文研究結(jié)果對了解我國早期青白瓷釉的化學(xué)組成特征及晚唐五代時(shí)期南、北方制瓷工藝技術(shù)交流問題等有重要學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the chemical composition and evolution process of white glaze in Fanchang Kejiachong Kiln, and to explore the technological source of the early green and white glaze in southern China, In this paper, the chemical composition of white glaze in different periods from five dynasties to the middle of Northern Song Dynasty was analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF). The chemical composition of the white glaze of Dingyao in the north and the blue glaze of the Yue kiln in the south were compared and studied comprehensively. The results showed that the chemical composition of green white glaze in Fanchang Kejiachong kiln changed obviously in the middle of Northern Song Dynasty, especially the decrease of SiO_2 content and the increase of CaO content. The oxide content of the coloring element Fe _ (mn) mn _ (Ti) changed very little from the five dynasties to the middle of Northern Song Dynasty. The reason for the change of glaze color from white to green in Fanchang Kejiachong Kiln may be related to the deepening of the color of the porcelain. In addition, the results of principal component analysis and comparative analysis of element combinations with similar functional characteristics show that the chemical composition of the white glaze of Fanchang Kejiachong kiln is close to that of the white porcelain glaze of the northern Dingyao kiln. The glaze formulation process may come from the white porcelain kiln in the northern part of China at the same time. The results of this study are of great academic value in understanding the chemical composition characteristics of China's early celadon glaze and the technical exchange between the south and the north of the late Tang and five dynasties.
