【摘要】：中國的排水系統(tǒng)有著悠久的歷史,廣泛存在于城市和農(nóng)村。古代排水系統(tǒng)主要用于防洪、治河、灌溉、城市供水、廢水處理和暴雨排水等,這些排水系統(tǒng)曾被納入城市建設(shè)的早期規(guī)劃并與城市發(fā)展同步進(jìn)行。直到20世紀(jì)80年代大規(guī)模城市化以前,中國的大多數(shù)城市都具備包括排水在內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)水系統(tǒng)。在當(dāng)前快速的城市化進(jìn)程中,不完善的排水系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致了諸如暴雨洪澇和水污染等越來越多的問題。這迫使我們不得不重新思考在城市擴(kuò)張過程中的排水系統(tǒng)問題,提示我們需要向歷史學(xué)習(xí)借鑒,尋求應(yīng)對辦法。
[Abstract]:The drainage system in China has a long history, which is widely used in urban and rural areas. Ancient drainage systems are mainly used for flood control, river treatment, irrigation, urban water supply, wastewater treatment and rainstorm drainage. These drainage systems have been integrated into the early planning of urban construction and synchronized with urban development until the large-scale urbanization in 1980s. In the past, most cities in China have traditional water systems including drainage. In the current rapid urbanization process, imperfect drainage systems have led to more and more problems such as rainstorm, flood, and water pollution. This has forced us to rethink the problem of drainage system in the city's Zhang Guocheng expansion. We should learn from history and seek ways to deal with it.
