【摘要】：1978年,河北元氏縣西張村西周初期墓中出土青銅禮器10件,其中臣諫簋與叔■父卣帶有長(zhǎng)篇銘文,通過對(duì)二器銘文綜合研究,可知諫與叔■父為同一人,其身份為邢侯之臣,曾跟隨邢侯與戎作戰(zhàn),在奉邢侯之命出居庉國(guó)時(shí),由于自己兒子死亡,因而推薦母弟之長(zhǎng)子隨侍邢侯,年老時(shí)又為母弟攸作器,并叮囑他繼承自己在庉國(guó)的事業(yè)。諫在選取繼承人時(shí),對(duì)"母弟"、"長(zhǎng)子"的強(qiáng)調(diào),似表明西周初期嫡長(zhǎng)子繼承制已確立。
[Abstract]:In 1978, 10 bronze sacrificial vessels were unearthed from the early Western Zhou Tombs in Xizhangcun, Yuanshi County, Hebei Province. Among them, the minister remonstrated Gui and your uncle you had a long inscription. Through a comprehensive study of the inscriptions on the two vessels, we can see that remonstrance is the same person as his uncle and father, and his status is Hou Zhi-chen. After following Hou Xing and Rong in battle, he recommended his eldest son to serve Xing Hou when he was ordered to live in the country under the command of Xing Hou, and in his old age he served as an instrument for his mother and brother, and told him to carry on his career in the country. The emphasis on "mother and brother" and "eldest son" in the selection of heirs seems to indicate that the system of succession of the first born son in the early Western Zhou Dynasty has been established.
