【摘要】："里耶秦簡"揭示出秦代地方"令史"具有"校讎、解釋文書"、"監(jiān)督官府買賣"、"監(jiān)督物品的出貸和授予"、"巡守‘廟’及堤壩"、"舉報(bào)官吏的不當(dāng)和違法行為"、"戶籍管理與人口的入籍"等職責(zé),這是前人未曾注意的。此外,"里耶秦簡"還記載了秦代地方"令史"的升遷情況,是不可多得的史料。
[Abstract]:"Li Ye Qin Bamboo slips" reveals that the local "Ling Shi" in the Qin Dynasty had "collation and collation".The duties of "explaining documents", "supervising the sale and purchase of government offices", "supervising the granting and granting of goods", "inspecting temples and dams", "reporting improper and illegal acts of government officials", "household registration management and naturalization of the population", etc., have not been paid attention to by the forefathers.In addition, "Li Ye Qin Bamboo slips" also recorded the promotion of local "Ling Shi" in Qin Dynasty, which is a rare historical material.
