【摘要】：本文詳細描述了中國鐵道博物館館藏的兩張滿鐵株券,從滿鐵機構的成立及股票發(fā)行的背景,對兩張株券發(fā)行的年代和股票性質進行了細致考證,同時從股票收益分配的角度進行闡述,對滿鐵這個侵略機構的性質給予界定,突出了這兩張株券的收藏價值和紀念意義。
[Abstract]:This paper describes in detail two full iron coupons collected by the China Railway Museum. From the background of the establishment of the Manchu Iron Institute and the stock issue, the paper makes a detailed textual research on the issue age and the nature of the stock.At the same time, from the perspective of the distribution of stock income, this paper defines the nature of the invading institution, and highlights the collection value and commemorative significance of the two vouchers.
