【摘要】:為研究遺址博物館中文物病害(干裂、返堿等)與環(huán)境參數(shù)(空氣溫濕度、光照、污染物濃度、土壤含水量、可溶鹽含量等)的定性、定量關(guān)系,確定遺址文物保存適宜的環(huán)境參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)研制了適宜遺址文物保存環(huán)境研究的多場(chǎng)耦合實(shí)驗(yàn)艙。實(shí)驗(yàn)艙主要包括本體、空氣凈化和氣幕隔離調(diào)控系統(tǒng)、污染氣體控制系統(tǒng)、太陽(yáng)輻射模擬系統(tǒng)及土環(huán)境調(diào)控系統(tǒng)5個(gè)子系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)"土壤-文物-大氣"多場(chǎng)耦合的復(fù)雜環(huán)境模擬。本文主要介紹實(shí)驗(yàn)艙設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)組成以及各子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式和功能,并選取9組具有代表性的溫濕度值作為測(cè)試對(duì)象研究實(shí)驗(yàn)艙中空氣溫濕度的均勻性和穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明,在多種工況下,多場(chǎng)耦合實(shí)驗(yàn)艙中空氣溫濕度的均勻性、穩(wěn)定性均分別為≤1℃和≤3%,滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)艙中空氣溫濕度的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to study the qualitative and quantitative relationship between cultural relic diseases (dry cracking, alkali returning, etc.) and environmental parameters (air temperature and humidity, illumination, pollutant concentration, soil water content, soluble salt content, etc.) in the museum, To determine the appropriate environmental parameters for preservation of heritage sites, a multi-field coupling experimental module for the study of preservation environment of cultural relics is designed and developed. The experimental module mainly includes body, air purification, air curtain isolation and control system, pollution gas control system, and so on. Five subsystems of solar radiation simulation system and soil environment control system can realize the complex environment simulation of "soil-cultural relic atmosphere" coupling. This paper mainly introduces the design index of experimental cabin. The composition of the system, the realization mode and function of each subsystem, and nine groups of representative temperature and humidity values are selected as test objects to study the uniformity and stability of air temperature and humidity in the experimental cabin.
