【摘要】：炒鋼是利用生鐵在半熔融狀態(tài)下氧化脫碳制鋼的一種方法,是中國(guó)古代鋼鐵技術(shù)的十分重要的發(fā)明創(chuàng)造。以往學(xué)者已鑒定出不少炒鋼制品,并初步總結(jié)出中國(guó)古代炒鋼制品的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即通過(guò)鋼鐵制品中非金屬夾雜物的成分和物相類型來(lái)區(qū)分炒鋼與其它制鐵技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。但該判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要基于前人的判斷結(jié)果及簡(jiǎn)單的理論推斷,從而對(duì)古代炒鋼制品的判定原理、爐渣的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面仍有較多不明之處。筆者在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了山東章丘東平陵冶鐵遺址的高爐煉鐵爐渣及積鐵塊樣品,判斷出東平陵冶鐵遺址可能存在炒鋼冶煉技術(shù),探討了塊煉鐵、生鐵、炒鋼冶煉過(guò)程中主要的物理化學(xué)變化,初步解釋了不同冶煉過(guò)程爐渣的形成原理,并對(duì)中國(guó)古代炒鋼制品的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作出補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Fried pig iron steel is used in semi molten steel decarburization method, is a very important invention China ancient iron and steel technology creation. Previous studies have identified a lot of speculation of steel products, and summarizes China ancient fried criteria for steel products, namely through the composition of nonmetallic inclusions in steel and iron the product type to distinguish fried steel and other iron manufacture products. But the standard is mainly based on the previous judgment result and simple theoretical inference, so as to determine the principle of fried steel products to the ancient, slag criteria etc. there are still many unknown. Based on previous research, analysis Shandong Zhangqiu Dongping Ling slag of blast furnace iron smelting sites and product iron samples, determine Dongping Ling iron sites may exist wronght steel smelting technology, discusses the iron block, pig iron, steel smelting process in the main speculation The physical and chemical changes in the smelting process are preliminarily explained, and the criteria for judging the ancient steel products in China are supplemented.
