【摘要】：老撾人民警察的主要邊境工作任務(wù)是按照相關(guān)法律規(guī)定和國家政策監(jiān)督老撾人及外國人的出入境情況,保護(hù)國家邊境的安全。邊境的出入境情況關(guān)系到國家安全,老撾人民警察有責(zé)任管理和檢查邊境的出入境情況,在法律規(guī)定的情況下保證出入境安全問題的同時為來往的國內(nèi)外游客、商人、投資者等人提供保護(hù)。近年來,隨著老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,老撾與周邊國家乃至世界各國的貿(mào)易往來也變得愈發(fā)頻繁,出入境工作也就變得愈發(fā)重要。所以要加強(qiáng)老撾人民警察的管理工作任務(wù),讓老撾邊境人民警察更加認(rèn)真努力工作,讓每個老撾邊境人民警察對自己的工作任務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)任也是對國家的工作任務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)任幫助政府保護(hù)國家,有利于提高出入境者的服務(wù)水平和檢查工作效率；有利于維護(hù)老撾政府和國家法律尊嚴(yán),促進(jìn)老撾人民警察的工作任務(wù)做得更好、更有效,提高老撾邊境人民警察的工作知識,讓老撾邊境人民警察團(tuán)結(jié)起來有一個強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊來保護(hù)國家和家園,讓老撾人民得到一個道德和平安的生活。因此,加強(qiáng)邊境工作的規(guī)范化管理是當(dāng)前老撾邊境工作的重要一環(huán)�；谶@樣一個事實(shí),本文結(jié)合老撾警察管理資料,經(jīng)過充分討論后認(rèn)為提高老撾警察工作效率是改善老撾邊境管理工作的有效方法。并據(jù)此給出相關(guān)政策建議以為后續(xù)研究提供參考。
