　　電子政務(wù)被廣泛認(rèn)為是一種為所有發(fā)達(dá)國家和尼泊爾等發(fā)展中國家提供具體服務(wù)的有效工具。本調(diào)查的動(dòng)機(jī)是為了解電子政務(wù)對(duì)尼泊爾農(nóng)村健康的影響,并找出在尼泊爾農(nóng)村健康實(shí)施電子政務(wù)困難的主要因素,并提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。這將有助于分析尼泊爾農(nóng)村電子健康的優(yōu)勢(shì)和弱點(diǎn)。本結(jié)果將有利于政府和相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)制定規(guī)章制度。電子健康本質(zhì)上意味著在所有與衛(wèi)生有關(guān)的領(lǐng)域,如收集、釋放、恢復(fù)、評(píng)估和處理信息,匯集電子健康記錄,傳播和分享醫(yī)療信息,外科手術(shù)和醫(yī)療保健遠(yuǎn)程利用最新的信息和通信技術(shù)。電子健康是向所有國家提供服務(wù)的有效和透明的系統(tǒng)。在今天的世界里,已經(jīng)不需要各類紙質(zhì)證件,世界各國一起努力完全走向先進(jìn)的框架,在那里他們可以更容易和更有效地在醫(yī)生和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)之間分享數(shù)據(jù)和病人的信息,另外記錄和更新每個(gè)病人的健康病史,報(bào)告和評(píng)估。此外,我們還試圖為研究工作找到理論基礎(chǔ),即建立規(guī)范化過程模型。第二個(gè)假設(shè)的四因素用于模型的構(gòu)建。交互性的實(shí)用性--影響人與實(shí)踐之間相互作用的復(fù)雜交互。關(guān)系集成-與現(xiàn)有知識(shí)和關(guān)系有關(guān)的復(fù)雜交互。技能設(shè)置的實(shí)用性--一種由復(fù)雜交互影響的當(dāng)前分工。上下文集成-與設(shè)置它的組織有關(guān)的復(fù)雜交互。規(guī)范化理論是對(duì)...
