【摘要】：隨著美國(guó)從阿富汗撤軍日期的臨近,各國(guó)加大了在阿富汗重建中博弈的力度。由于各國(guó)在阿的目的不同,利益相異,因此各國(guó)在阿戰(zhàn)后重建中的力度也相去甚遠(yuǎn)。中國(guó)作為阿富汗的重要鄰國(guó),同時(shí)也是聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)常任理事會(huì),理應(yīng)在新時(shí)期扮演更加重要的角色。除了經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作外,同樣作為恐怖活動(dòng)的受害者,中國(guó)更應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與阿富汗的安全合作,共同打擊恐怖勢(shì)力,共同維護(hù)地區(qū)和平與穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:As the United States draws near the date of withdrawal from Afghanistan, countries have stepped up the game in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. Different countries have different aims and different interests in Afghanistan, so their efforts to rebuild after the war are very different. As an important neighbor of Afghanistan and a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China should play a more important role in the new era. In addition to economic cooperation, China, as a victim of terrorist activities, should strengthen security cooperation with Afghanistan, jointly combat terrorist forces, and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability.
