【摘要】：社會(huì)福利制度與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系圍繞勞動(dòng)力的"商品化"與"去商品化"揭示了現(xiàn)代社會(huì)福利制度的本質(zhì)屬性,通過(guò)兩者關(guān)系擴(kuò)散開(kāi)來(lái)能夠把握社會(huì)福利制度研究中的主要維度,同時(shí)以兩者關(guān)系向度和強(qiáng)度為中心維度還能夠進(jìn)行社會(huì)福利制度的理想類型研究。因此,社會(huì)福利制度與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系是社會(huì)福利制度研究中的中軸原理。這一中軸原理又可操作化為社會(huì)福利制度與勞動(dòng)力供給的關(guān)系、社會(huì)福利制度與勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)的關(guān)系、社會(huì)福利制度與勞資關(guān)系問(wèn)題三個(gè)維度。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the social welfare system and the labor market reveals the essential attributes of the modern social welfare system around the "commercialization" and "de-commercialization" of the labor force. Through the diffusion of the two relations, we can grasp the main dimensions in the study of social welfare system, and at the same time, we can study the ideal type of social welfare system by taking the direction and intensity of the two relations as the central dimension. Therefore, the relationship between social welfare system and labor market is the central principle in the study of social welfare system. This principle can be transformed into three dimensions: the relationship between social welfare system and labor force supply, the relationship between social welfare system and labor flow, and the relationship between social welfare system and labor relations.
