【摘要】：正芬蘭軍隊(duì)有3萬(wàn)人,實(shí)行義務(wù)兵役和軍人職業(yè)化。義務(wù)兵役一般6到12個(gè)月,軍官有2000人左右。初任軍官接受國(guó)防大學(xué)軍事教育4年,軍校畢業(yè)服役7年,升任少尉或中尉。7年服役期間,有1年維和行動(dòng),1-2年參加參謀軍官培訓(xùn)班,然后到總參謀部或軍區(qū)工作,并承擔(dān)1-3年的比如北約、歐盟等組織的國(guó)際行動(dòng),之后到基層部隊(duì)任指揮官4年。進(jìn)入總參謀部或軍區(qū)工作4年后,可擔(dān)任獨(dú)立的部隊(duì)指揮官。到軍區(qū)參謀部或軍兵種任高級(jí)指揮官,則需要在參謀部或軍兵種有6年左右的經(jīng)歷。
[Abstract]:The Finnish army has 30, 000 people and is compulsory military service and the professionalization of military personnel. Compulsory military service is usually six to twelve months, with about 2000 officers. The first officer received military education at the National Defense University for four years, graduated from the military academy for seven years and was promoted to a second lieutenant or lieutenant. During the seven-year service, there were one year of peacekeeping operations, 1-2 years of training courses for staff officers, and then work for the General staff Department or the military region. He undertook international operations for 1-3 years, such as NATO and the European Union, and then served as a basic Force Commander for 4 years. After four years in the General staff or the military region, he may serve as an independent force commander. To serve as a senior commander of the military region's General staff or Service, you need about six years of experience in the staff or the Service.
