【摘要】：正社會(huì)政策是現(xiàn)代國家的一項(xiàng)核心職能。聯(lián)合國在上世紀(jì)90年代也提出了"發(fā)展型社會(huì)政策"的理念。從研究和借鑒的角度出發(fā),將社會(huì)福利政策引入我國的社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐,對探索和完善我國的社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。(一)惠及各階層的社會(huì)福利政策更有利于社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定以瑞典、丹麥等北歐國家為代表的社會(huì)福利政策,不僅體現(xiàn)在福利對象覆蓋面上的普遍性和福利待遇的
[Abstract]:Positive social policy is a core function of modern country. The United Nations also put forward the concept of "developmental social policy" in the 1990 s. From the point of view of research and reference, it is of great practical significance to introduce social welfare policy into the practice of social development in China. (1) Social welfare policies that benefit all levels of society are more conducive to social harmony and stability, as represented by Sweden, Denmark and other Nordic countries, not only in terms of the universality of the coverage of welfare objects, but also in terms of welfare treatment.
