【摘要】：近年來,在全球化以及歐洲一體化不斷深化的大背景下,尤其是伴隨著歐洲債務(wù)危機(jī)的不斷蔓延,德國(guó)政黨生態(tài)正在發(fā)生著一些新的變化,其政黨體制從穩(wěn)定的"兩元"正在走向不穩(wěn)定的"多元",價(jià)值取向從左右"兩維"格局轉(zhuǎn)向"多維"格局,同時(shí)政黨呈現(xiàn)出的地域維度也值得關(guān)注。上述新動(dòng)向的出現(xiàn)主要受到后物質(zhì)主義價(jià)值觀的出現(xiàn)、福利國(guó)家的分配沖突、政治生活的個(gè)體化趨勢(shì)以及新媒體手段的廣泛運(yùn)用等內(nèi)外因素的影響。德國(guó)政黨生態(tài)目前正在發(fā)生著的新變化,無論對(duì)各政黨本身還是對(duì)德國(guó)未來的政治模式,都將帶來許多潛在影響,這些影響包括不同政黨組合聯(lián)合執(zhí)政的可能性增加、政黨內(nèi)部有效決策的難度加大、黨員的爭(zhēng)取與維系變得更加困難等等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of globalization and the deepening of European integration, especially with the continuous spread of the European debt crisis, some new changes are taking place in the ecology of political parties in Germany. Its political party system is moving from stable "two elements" to unstable "pluralistic", and its value orientation changes from "two dimensions" to "multidimensional" pattern. Meanwhile, the regional dimension of political parties is also worthy of attention. The emergence of these new trends is mainly influenced by the emergence of post-materialistic values, the distribution conflict of the welfare state, the individualized trend of political life and the extensive use of new media. The new changes that are taking place in the ecology of political parties in Germany will have many potential implications, both for the political parties themselves and for the future political model of Germany, including an increase in the possibility of a coalition of different political parties, The difficulty of effective decision-making within the party becomes more difficult, and the struggle and maintenance of the party members become more difficult and so on.
