【摘要】：正2010—2012年,越南、古巴、老撾和朝鮮四個(gè)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的執(zhí)政黨先后召開了新一屆黨代會(huì),總結(jié)和反思了本國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),制定了符合各國(guó)國(guó)情的中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與規(guī)劃,并推出了一些新的舉措。為了應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前的國(guó)際金融危機(jī),同時(shí)也是立足于長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),上述四國(guó)執(zhí)政黨主要從黨的思想理論建設(shè)、執(zhí)政黨隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治改革等方面進(jìn)行了新的探索。對(duì)上述四國(guó)的研究和比較,將有助于開
[Abstract]:In 2010-2012, the ruling parties of the four socialist countries, Vietnam, Cuba, Laos and North Korea, successively convened a new Congress of the Party, which summed up and reflected on the historical experience and lessons of their socialist construction. The medium-and-long-term development strategy and plan in accordance with the national conditions of each country were formulated and some new measures were put forward. In order to deal with the current international financial crisis and to base themselves on the long-term goal, the above four ruling parties have made new explorations mainly from the ideological and theoretical construction of the Party, the construction of the ruling party's contingent, and the economic and political reform of their own country.
