【摘要】：正蘇聯(lián)解體后,俄羅斯從經(jīng)濟(jì)到政治再到社會(huì)的意識(shí)形態(tài)都處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期。原來(lái)單一的意識(shí)形態(tài)向多元轉(zhuǎn)變,史學(xué)觀混亂。在轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程中對(duì)于俄羅斯的歷史發(fā)出了不同的聲音,甚至在歷史教科書(shū)領(lǐng)域也存在較大爭(zhēng)議。歪曲、篡改、貶低俄國(guó)歷史的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。在整個(gè)社會(huì)缺少共識(shí)和認(rèn)同的情況下,歷史學(xué)無(wú)疑是抵制歪曲歷史、維護(hù)民族認(rèn)同和社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)的重要工具。正是在這種背景下,2012年1月9日,時(shí)任俄羅斯聯(lián)邦總統(tǒng)的梅德韋杰夫正式簽署了2012年第49號(hào)總統(tǒng)令:《關(guān)于在俄羅斯全境舉辦俄羅斯歷史年》�？偨y(tǒng)令全文為:"為了引起社會(huì)對(duì)俄羅斯歷史和俄羅斯在世界歷史進(jìn)程中作用的重視,俄總統(tǒng)特命令:(1)2012年,在俄羅斯全境舉辦俄羅斯
[Abstract]:After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia's ideology from economy to politics to society is in a transitional period. The original unitary ideology changes to the pluralism, the historical view is confused. In the course of the transition, there are different voices about Russia's history, even in the field of history textbooks. Distortion, tampering, and belittling of Russian history occur from time to time. In the absence of consensus and identity in the whole society, history is undoubtedly an important tool to resist distortion of history and maintain national identity and social unity. It is in this context that on 9 January 2012, then President Dmitry Medvedev of the Russian Federation officially signed Presidential decree No. 49 of 2012, "on the observance of the Russian year of History throughout Russia". The full text of the presidential decree reads: "in order to draw attention to Russian history and Russia's role in the course of world history, the Russian President has ordered: (1) in 2012, Russia will be held throughout Russia."
