中東歐國家在歐盟中的地位和作為

【摘要】：從理論上看,歐盟機構運作機制賦予中東歐國家參與歐盟政策制定和實施的權力。但在實踐中,中東歐國家因國力弱小很難成為歐盟的主導。盡管如此,中東歐國家、特別是在面積和人口上堪稱歐盟大國的波蘭,仍在歐盟深化與擴大、歐盟對外關系和中期預算談判方面有所作為。斯洛文尼亞、捷克、匈牙利、波蘭、立陶宛還通過擔任歐盟輪值主席國,推動它們所關注的議程,擴大在歐盟的影響力。
[Abstract]:In theory, the operation mechanism of EU institutions gives central and eastern European countries the power to participate in the formulation and implementation of EU policies. In practice, however, it is difficult for central and eastern European countries to dominate the EU because of their weak national strength. Nevertheless, central and eastern European countries, especially Poland, which is a big EU power in terms of size and population, are still deepening and expanding the EU, making some progress in the EU's foreign relations and medium-term budget negotiations. Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Lithuania also expand their influence in the EU by holding the rotating presidency of the European Union, pushing their agenda.
