綠黨發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的危機(jī)與展望

【摘要】： ?20世紀(jì)后半期,世界各國在經(jīng)歷戰(zhàn)后短暫快速發(fā)展過后,所面臨的環(huán)境問題壓力越來越大。綠色政治的呼聲伴隨地區(qū)性和國際性綠色環(huán)保組織的增多而日漸高漲。綠黨在此種環(huán)境下登上了政黨政治的舞臺。 綠黨誕生后以其獨(dú)特的自然生態(tài)視角審視著全球政治和人類社會的發(fā)展,同時(shí)它們也積極地參與選舉,爭取政府的執(zhí)政,進(jìn)而將其環(huán)境保護(hù)理念具體化為政府政策推行實(shí)施。然而,新興的綠黨在與傳統(tǒng)政黨爭奪政治資源的過程中暴露出了許多問題。此外,理念超前的綠黨在其政黨政治生涯的發(fā)展中,面臨著來自于自身內(nèi)部改革、外部傳統(tǒng)政黨和綠色組織發(fā)展的種種壓力,困境重重。面對如此嚴(yán)峻的局面,伴隨近些年來全球治理的發(fā)展,綠黨又有了一片嶄新的更大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:In the second half of the 20th century, after the short and rapid development after the war, the pressure of environmental problems is increasing. The call for green politics is rising with the growth of regional and international green groups. In this environment, the Green Party stepped onto the stage of party politics. After its birth, the Green Party examined the development of global politics and human society from its unique natural ecological perspective. At the same time, they took an active part in the election, fought for the government to be in power, and then concretely translated the concept of environmental protection into the implementation of government policies. However, the emerging Green Party has exposed many problems in the process of competing with traditional political parties for political resources. In addition, in the development of its party political career, the Green Party with advanced ideas is facing various pressures from its own internal reform and the development of external traditional political parties and green organizations. Faced with such a grim situation, with the development of global governance in recent years, the Green Party has a new and greater development space.
