【摘要】：艾利森委員會(huì)的成立,表明早期美國(guó)政府對(duì)于政府如何管理科學(xué)事務(wù)的主動(dòng)思考和積極探索,該委員會(huì)的最終報(bào)告,是對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期自發(fā)形成的美國(guó)科學(xué)事務(wù)之多元分散管理模式以及科學(xué)與政府關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀的肯定與確認(rèn)。這種理念,深刻影響了美國(guó)科技政策的后續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the Allison Commission shows the early United States Government's proactive thinking and active exploration of how the government manages scientific affairs, the final report of the Commission. It is the affirmation and confirmation of the multivariate and decentralized management mode of American science affairs and the relationship between science and government, which has been formed spontaneously for a long time. This concept has profoundly influenced the subsequent development of American science and technology policy.
