【摘要】：作為東亞壓縮式現(xiàn)代化的典型樣本,韓國(guó)的"公共性"建構(gòu)過(guò)程具有特殊性。在"后發(fā)外生型"現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程中,現(xiàn)代性的"外生性"與國(guó)家權(quán)力的"擴(kuò)張性"產(chǎn)生了韓國(guó)的第一次公共性危機(jī),成為市民社會(huì)發(fā)展的直接動(dòng)力,最終推動(dòng)"國(guó)家公共性"逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為"社會(huì)公共性"。然而在1997年金融危機(jī)之后的新自由主義發(fā)展模式背景下,韓國(guó)社會(huì)出現(xiàn)了"國(guó)家缺失"與"市民社會(huì)缺失"等"雙重缺失"為標(biāo)志的第二次公共性危機(jī)。我們?yōu)榇诵枰e極探索一種不同于西方對(duì)立性的"東亞公共性",即"均衡式公共性",強(qiáng)調(diào)在"國(guó)家與社會(huì)"和"市民社會(huì)內(nèi)部"兩方面超越舊式的"對(duì)抗式公共性",在各類(lèi)主體之間的互動(dòng)均衡關(guān)系中建構(gòu)新"公共性"。同時(shí)也成為我們思考當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)管理的本土性與復(fù)雜性時(shí)一個(gè)重要的理論與實(shí)踐性的參考框架。
[Abstract]:As a typical sample of compressed modernization in East Asia, South Korea's "publicity" construction process has its particularity. In the process of "late-born exogenous" modernization, the "exogenetic nature" of modernity and the "expansibility" of state power produced the first public crisis in Korea and became the direct motive force for the development of civil society. Finally, the national publicity is gradually transformed into social publicity. However, under the background of neoliberal development model after the 1997 financial crisis, the second public crisis, such as "national absence" and "civil society deficiency", appeared in Korean society. For this reason, we need to actively explore a kind of "East Asian publicity", which is different from the western opposites, that is, "balanced publicity", emphasizing the transcending of the old "confrontational public" in the aspects of "state and society" and "civil society". Sex ", the construction of new" publicity "in the interactive equilibrium relationship between various subjects. At the same time, it has become an important theoretical and practical frame of reference when we think about the nativeness and complexity of Chinese social management.
