【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)警察職業(yè)保障不足、執(zhí)法權(quán)威缺失。應(yīng)借鑒美國(guó)、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本四國(guó)的警察執(zhí)法保障制度、薪酬待遇制度和教育培訓(xùn)制度,加強(qiáng)立法,完善警察職業(yè)保障體系,優(yōu)先保障警察經(jīng)費(fèi),成立警察權(quán)益保護(hù)機(jī)構(gòu)并建立合理公平的晉升機(jī)制,多渠道保障警察身心健康,維護(hù)警察的合法權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:At present, our country police occupation security is insufficient, the law enforcement authority lacks. We should draw lessons from the four countries of the United States, Britain, France and Japan, such as the police law enforcement security system, the compensation and treatment system and the education and training system, strengthen legislation, perfect the police occupational security system, and give priority to the protection of police funds. Set up the police rights and interests protection organization and set up the reasonable and fair promotion mechanism, protect the police's physical and mental health through many channels, safeguard the police's legitimate rights and interests.
