【摘要】：尼日利亞政治整合的邏輯起點是殖民統(tǒng)治確立下來的領土邊界與族群結構的重疊;歷史起點則是經由民族主義運動而獲得獨立建國。建國后尼日利亞的政治整合伴隨該國現代國家建構展開,歷經"軍人主政"與"還政于民"兩個階段。前一階段使中央權力得到鞏固和強化,包括"撤區(qū)建州"政策和堅持"聯邦特征原則"在內的一系列政策得以實施并取得明顯成效;后一階段使經濟發(fā)展水平和綜合國力顯著提升,總統(tǒng)及國會選舉制度日臻完善,而國民教育與愛國主義教育也為該國政治整合贏得廣泛智力支持和認同基礎。尼日利亞政治整合面臨全部問題都能在其政治整合的邏輯起點那里找到根源,目前還需積極探索實現尼日利亞政治整合的新途徑。
[Abstract]:The logical starting point of Nigeria's political integration is the overlap between the territorial boundaries established by colonial rule and the ethnic structure, while the historical starting point is the establishment of independent statehood through nationalist movements. After the founding of the people's Republic of Nigeria, the political integration developed with the construction of modern country, which went through the two stages of "military administration" and "returning government to the people". In the previous stage, the central power was consolidated and strengthened. A series of policies, including the policy of "withdrawing areas and establishing states" and upholding the principle of "federal identity", were implemented and achieved remarkable results. In the latter stage, the level of economic development and the overall national strength are greatly improved, the presidential and parliamentary election systems are becoming more and more perfect, and the national education and patriotism education have also won extensive intellectual support and recognition basis for the political integration of the country. All the problems faced by Nigeria's political integration can be found at the logical starting point of its political integration. At present, it is necessary to actively explore a new way to realize Nigeria's political integration.
