【摘要】：科技類非政府組織是我國(guó)進(jìn)行國(guó)家現(xiàn)代治理的重要工具。在美國(guó),科技類非政府組織在推動(dòng)國(guó)家治理方面的作用表現(xiàn)尤為明顯。分析美國(guó)科技類非政府組織參與國(guó)家治理的方式及特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)科技類非政府組織提出一定的啟示,為我國(guó)科技類非政府組織推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The non-governmental organization of science and technology is an important tool for modern governance of our country. In the United States, the role of science and technology NGOs in promoting governance is particularly evident. On the basis of analyzing the ways and characteristics of American science and technology non-governmental organizations to participate in national governance, this paper puts forward some enlightenment to our country's science and technology non-governmental organizations. It provides a reference for science and technology NGOs to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
