【摘要】：埃及軍方罷黜穆爾西總統(tǒng)后,阿拉伯世界結(jié)束了"阿拉伯之春"以來(lái)宗教與世俗力量共處的狀態(tài),進(jìn)入了教俗力量激烈博弈的階段。其他一些阿拉伯國(guó)家的世俗力量也效仿埃及,要求本國(guó)伊斯蘭政權(quán)下臺(tái)。埃及教俗力量分道揚(yáng)鑣的真正原因是世俗力量擔(dān)心執(zhí)政的伊斯蘭溫和力量,坐穩(wěn)江山后原形畢露,實(shí)行政教合一,建立神權(quán)統(tǒng)治,因而利用經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)未有好轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)會(huì)和民眾的不滿,采取非常手段推翻了宗教力量政權(quán)。但是,這難以解決埃及和阿拉伯世界面臨的問(wèn)題,況且極端勢(shì)力會(huì)利用混亂局面擴(kuò)大影響,從而威脅地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。因此,為了埃及和阿拉伯世界的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益,教俗力量間需要做出明智的妥協(xié)。以軍方為核心的世俗力量要尊重選舉結(jié)果,改變以武力推翻民選政府的過(guò)時(shí)做法。宗教力量執(zhí)政后則應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格按照現(xiàn)代政治的基本原則,即政教分離的原則來(lái)制定憲法,放棄任何通過(guò)伊斯蘭法來(lái)治理社會(huì)的意圖,摒棄輸出伊斯蘭革命的對(duì)外政策。唯有如此,阿拉伯世界才能再創(chuàng)輝煌。
[Abstract]:After the Egyptian military ousted President Morsi, the Arab world ended the coexistence of religious and secular forces since the Arab Spring, and entered the stage of fierce game between religious and secular forces. Other Arab secular forces have followed Egypt's example, calling for the removal of its Islamic regime. The real reason why Egypt's secular forces split up was that secular forces worried about the ruling moderate Islamic forces, settled down behind the river and exposed their original form, implemented the unity of government and religion, and established theocratic rule. Thus, taking advantage of the unimproved economic situation and popular discontent, the religious power regime was overthrown by extraordinary means. But it would be difficult to solve the problems facing Egypt and the Arab world, and extremist forces would use the chaos to expand their influence, threatening peace and stability in the region. Thus, for the long-term interests of Egypt and the Arab world, a sensible compromise is needed between the forces of religion and folklore. The military-centred secular forces must respect the election results and change the outdated practice of overthrowing elected governments by force. After taking power, religious forces should strictly follow the basic principles of modern politics, that is, the principle of separation of state and religion, formulate the constitution, abandon any intention of governing society through Islamic law, and abandon the foreign policy of exporting Islamic revolution. Only in this way can the Arab world achieve further glory.
