【摘要】：城市是一個(gè)國家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的中心,不僅集聚了國家大量的社會(huì)財(cái)富和精英人士,而且在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有舉足輕重的地位,甚至決定了國家的興旺發(fā)達(dá)。政黨是國家政治的核心組成部分,不論在國家政治中,還是在社會(huì)發(fā)展中,都扮演著重要角色。因此,對城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展這一問題展開研究,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值,不僅能夠深化和拓展城市與政黨領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究,而且可為現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展和政黨建設(shè)提供重要借鑒和有益啟示。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于城市和政黨的研究,雖已涌現(xiàn)大量成果,并為本課題提供了較好的平臺,但尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)將城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行專題研究的成果,這對本研究提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本課題選取英美為研究案例,將城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展結(jié)合起來探討,分析城市變遷過程中的政黨發(fā)展,借助城市變遷的緯度和場域討論政黨變化特點(diǎn)和地域發(fā)展格局,通過政黨變化向度和發(fā)展特點(diǎn)探索城市不同時(shí)期的發(fā)展特征,進(jìn)而探究城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)理。本文圍繞“英美城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展”這一主題,在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于城市與政黨相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用歷史文獻(xiàn)分析法、質(zhì)性與量性分析等研究方法,分六章對英美城市變遷和政黨發(fā)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入的分析與探討。 第一章：緒論部分。介紹選題的背景依據(jù)和研究意義,研究的主要方法和主要內(nèi)容以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。第二章：理論梳理與文獻(xiàn)綜述。對本課題的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行回顧與分析,在分析英、美城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)檢索詳情的基礎(chǔ)上,評述政黨概念和政黨相關(guān)理論、城市發(fā)展及其相關(guān)理論；在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜述英美城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。第三章：探討英國城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。首先,在梳理英國早期城市和政黨發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上探討英國政黨分化組合與城市發(fā)展的關(guān)系；其次,分析城市化快速發(fā)展階段的政黨變革路徑及其驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制；最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究郊區(qū)化發(fā)展時(shí)期政黨變化重組的城市影響因素、以及城市社會(huì)問題的出現(xiàn)和政黨的應(yīng)對措施,同時(shí)對郊區(qū)化時(shí)期的政黨發(fā)展特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了探討。第四章：分析美國城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。在初步探索美國城市早期特點(diǎn)和政黨發(fā)展概況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析早期商業(yè)城市和政黨重組的關(guān)系；繼而探討城市化快速發(fā)展時(shí)期的階段特點(diǎn)和政黨機(jī)器的興衰,分析政黨地域格局的發(fā)展過程及其驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制；隨后,研究郊區(qū)化時(shí)期的城市發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和政黨應(yīng)對策略、政黨組織面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及其功能調(diào)適等；最后,在分析民主黨與共和黨主導(dǎo)大選格局的基礎(chǔ)上,探討民主黨與共和黨地域格局的變化過程及其內(nèi)在發(fā)展邏輯。第五章：對比分析英、美城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展。沿著城市發(fā)展的維度,分別從城市化起步階段、城市化快速發(fā)展時(shí)期和郊區(qū)化發(fā)展這三個(gè)時(shí)段,對城市變遷與政黨發(fā)展進(jìn)行深入比照研究,在英美城市變遷歷程中探索政黨的變化向度和發(fā)展差異,在政黨的重組發(fā)展和變化特點(diǎn)中,把握城市發(fā)展的影響因素。第六章：結(jié)論部分。對全文的主要觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),同時(shí)對研究的不足和進(jìn)一步研究的問題進(jìn)行了探討。

Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the problem of urban change and political party development. It can not only deepen and expand the related research in the field of urban and political parties, but also provide important reference and useful inspiration for modern urban development and Party construction. Although the research of city and political party has emerged a lot of achievements and provided a good platform for the subject, it has not yet found the results of the research on the combination of urban change and political party development, which has put forward a great challenge to this study.
This topic selects Britain and America as the study case, combines the urban vicissitude with the political party development, analyzes the political party development in the process of urban change, discusses the characteristics of political party change and the regional development pattern by the latitude and field of the city vicissitude, and explores the characteristics of the development of the different periods of the city through the change direction of the party and the development point, and then explore the characteristics of the different periods of the city. This paper focuses on the internal mechanism of urban change and political party development. This paper focuses on the theme of "Anglo American urban change and political party development", on the basis of the relevant research on urban and political parties at home and abroad, using historical literature analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on, and divides six chapters to the Anglo American urban change and the political party development system. The third chapter is to discuss the characteristics of British urban change and political party development. First, the British political party branch is discussed on the basis of combing the characteristics of the development of the early cities and political parties in Britain. The relationship between combination and urban development; secondly, analysis of the path of political party transformation and its driving mechanism in the rapid development stage of urbanization; finally, on this basis, it studies the urban influence factors of political party change and reorganization in the development period of suburbanization, the emergence of urban social problems and the Countermeasures of political parties, and the political parties in the period of suburbanization. The characteristics of the development are discussed. The fourth chapter is to analyze the characteristics of urban changes and political party development in the United States. On the basis of preliminary exploration of the early characteristics of the American cities and the general situation of political parties, the relationship between the early commercial cities and the party restructuring is analyzed, and then the characteristics of the period of rapid urbanization and the rise and fall of the political party machinery are discussed, and the analysis of politics is made.
