【摘要】：作為社會交往的方式之一,道歉對于修復(fù)對立與沖突關(guān)系的有效性是不言而喻的。20世紀90年代至今短短20年間,政府道歉在國外迅速發(fā)展,并獲得了高度認可,政府道歉研究也隨之迅速升溫,成果豐碩,已經(jīng)在指導(dǎo)政府道歉實踐中發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文從國外政府道歉興起的背景與實踐、國外政府道歉研究的視角與領(lǐng)域、國外政府道歉研究的評價三個方面,較為全面系統(tǒng)地評述了國外政府道歉及其研究的興起背景、發(fā)展態(tài)勢、研究視角、研究領(lǐng)域、主要特點、現(xiàn)實價值及影響。
[Abstract]:As one of the ways of social communication, it is self-evident that apology is effective in repairing the relationship between opposition and conflict. In the short 20 years since the 1990s, the government apology has developed rapidly in foreign countries and gained high recognition. The research of government apology has been heated rapidly and fruitful, and has played an important role in guiding the practice of government apology. Based on the background and practice of the rise of apology by foreign governments, the perspectives and fields of the research on apology by foreign governments, and the evaluation of the research on apology by foreign governments, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review of the background of the rise of apology and its research in foreign governments. Development trend, research perspective, research field, main characteristics, practical value and impact.
