【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后隨著非洲人民的覺醒,非洲的非殖民化問題逐漸凸顯出來。但是面對這一問題,杜魯門政府出于冷戰(zhàn)開始后北約成員國之間合作的需要以及防止蘇聯(lián)勢力對非洲進行滲透等因素的考慮,在非殖民化問題上采取了支持歐洲殖民宗主國的保守主義態(tài)度,從而使美國在非殖民化問題上站在了殖民主義的一邊。另外,杜魯門政府的外交官們的主觀因素也對杜魯門政府在非洲非殖民化問題上的態(tài)度產(chǎn)生了一定的消極影響,美國外交官們由于對黑人抱有種族偏見以及他們自身親歐情緒的影響,因此不少人對歐洲國家在非洲的殖民統(tǒng)治持肯定態(tài)度,這也從另一方面造成了杜魯門政府在決策時不可避免地傾向于歐洲殖民宗主國。
[Abstract]:After the end of World War II, with the awakening of African people, the problem of African decolonization gradually emerged. However, in the face of this problem, the Truman administration considered the need for cooperation among NATO member States after the beginning of the cold war and the prevention of Soviet infiltration into Africa. By adopting a conservative attitude in support of European colonial powers on decolonization, the United States was on the side of colonialism. In addition, the subjective factors of the diplomats of the Truman Government have also had a certain negative impact on the attitude of the Truman Government on the issue of decolonization in Africa. Because of their racial prejudice against blacks and the influence of their own pro-European sentiment, many American diplomats have taken a positive view of the colonial rule of European countries in Africa. This, on the other hand, contributed to the Truman government's inevitable tendency towards the European colonial power in its decision-making.
