【摘要】：回顧伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭,美國的戰(zhàn)爭動機(jī)并未完全取得其預(yù)期效果,尤其是伊斯蘭恐怖主義的威脅愈演愈烈。美國在伊拉克所推進(jìn)的民主化進(jìn)程也充滿利弊,伊拉克在"阿拉伯之春"中顯得較為特殊,事實(shí)上開始了教派主義主導(dǎo)下的民主化進(jìn)程。美軍撤軍后,各種矛盾逐漸凸現(xiàn):一方面,伊拉克內(nèi)部教派分歧愈演愈烈,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會問題突顯;另一方面,敘利亞問題的僵持、伊斯蘭極端主義的頻頻活動、地區(qū)大國間的角力等,使得伊政府的外部環(huán)境更為復(fù)雜。分析"阿拉伯之春"時(shí)代伊拉克內(nèi)部形勢及其對中東地區(qū)穩(wěn)定與安全所產(chǎn)生的影響,將更有助于認(rèn)清伊拉克的未來走向。
[Abstract]:Looking back at the war in Iraq, America's motives for war have not fully achieved its desired results, especially the growing threat of Islamic terrorism. The process of democratization promoted by the United States in Iraq is also full of advantages and disadvantages. Iraq is very special in the Arab Spring. In fact, it began the process of democratization under the guidance of sectarianism. After the withdrawal of US troops, various contradictions gradually emerged: on the one hand, sectarian differences within Iraq intensified and economic and social problems became prominent; on the other hand, the stalemate over Syria and the frequent activities of Islamic extremism, The struggle between regional powers makes the external environment of the Iraqi government more complicated. An analysis of the internal situation of Iraq during the Arab Spring and its impact on the stability and security of the Middle East region will be more helpful in understanding the future direction of Iraq.
