【摘要】：作為俄羅斯聯(lián)邦"第二代"民族政策戰(zhàn)略的綱領(lǐng)性文件,《2025年前俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家民族政策戰(zhàn)略》的出臺標(biāo)志著俄羅斯在民族政策領(lǐng)域提出了新的發(fā)展目標(biāo)與任務(wù),其將強(qiáng)化公民認(rèn)同和促進(jìn)移民融入與文化整合作為新時期多民族國家發(fā)展的重要舉措,對國家和諧民族關(guān)系的構(gòu)建具有積極作用。與此同時,俄羅斯也面臨著如何減少青年人對移民的排外情緒以及為民族政策戰(zhàn)略的實施提供大量資金保障等關(guān)鍵問題。
[Abstract]:As a programmatic document of the "second generation" national policy strategy of the Russian Federation, the introduction of the "State National Policy Strategy for the Russian Federation before 2025" signifies that Russia has put forward new development goals and tasks in the field of national policy. It will strengthen the citizenship identity and promote the integration of immigrants and cultural integration as an important measure for the development of a multi-ethnic country in the new period and play a positive role in the construction of a harmonious national relationship. At the same time, Russia is also faced with the key issues of how to reduce the xenophobia of immigrants among young people and to provide a large amount of financial support for the implementation of national policies and strategies.
