【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)以來,拉美國家為實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,對國家治理模式進行了積極探索。政治上,以民主化為切入點,不斷深化政治改革;經(jīng)濟上,努力探尋政府與市場關系的合理區(qū)間;在社會領域,著力創(chuàng)新社會管理,加大社會投入,解決社會不公。研究拉美國家相關經(jīng)驗教訓可以得出以下啟示:經(jīng)濟治理的關鍵在于及時處理好政府與市場的關系,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟與社會協(xié)調發(fā)展是社會治理的重要價值目標,建設符合本國國情的民主政治是政治治理的立足點。
[Abstract]:Since World War II, Latin American countries have actively explored the mode of national governance in order to achieve stable development. Politically, we should take democratization as the starting point and deepen the political reform; in the economy, we should try to explore the reasonable range of the relationship between the government and the market; in the social field, we should make great efforts to innovate social management, increase social investment and solve social injustice. The key to economic governance lies in the timely handling of the relationship between the government and the market, and the realization of coordinated economic and social development is an important value goal of social governance. Building democratic politics in line with our national conditions is the foothold of political governance.
