【摘要】：青年運動是埃及政治發(fā)展和社會變遷的重要縮影。進入21世紀以來,埃及青年運動發(fā)展迅速,組織化程度、社會動員能力和政治參與度日益提升。在2011年“一·二五革命”前后,由青年群體主導的政治抗爭運動成為穆巴拉克政權(quán)倒臺的重要推動力量。本文從組織形式、社會思潮、政治參與三個層面考察了中東劇變以來埃及青年運動和組織的發(fā)展及其與當代埃及政治、社會、思潮的互動關(guān)系。在組織形式方面,以“穆斯林兄弟會”青年分支為代表的宗教政治組織、以“四月六日青年運動”為代表的反政府組織、以光明黨為代表的伊斯蘭政黨、以“白色騎士”和“阿赫利”球迷會為代表的極端球迷組織,構(gòu)成了當代埃及青年運動的主要類型。在埃及青年運動組織化的過程中,成員準入、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、動員模式、斗爭方式、組織理念、資金來源等決定著青年組織進行政治抗爭的實際效果。在社會思潮方面,激進伊斯蘭主義和伊斯蘭民粹主義各自代表的宗教政治力量,其動員能力在“一·二五革命”期間得到了顯著提升。其中,以“四月六日青年運動”和極端球迷組織為代表伊斯蘭民粹主義力量,在政治抗爭過程中通過社會動員增強了青年群體基于共同伊斯蘭價值觀的集體認同,同世俗威權(quán)主義力量展開了激烈博弈,并成為埃及政治重建和社會變遷重要的參與和推動力量。在政治實踐方面,“一·二五革命”提升了埃及青年群體的政治參與意識,推動了伊斯蘭政黨青年分支的建立。埃及青年運動通過深化政治參與、發(fā)展政治文化、推動政府決策等,對當代埃及政治發(fā)展和社會轉(zhuǎn)型產(chǎn)生了重要影響,實現(xiàn)了青年群體與政權(quán)之間的良性互動,推動埃及民主政治和社會改革的進程。
[Abstract]:The youth movement is an important epitome of Egypt's political development and social change. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the Egyptian youth movement has developed rapidly, with a degree of organization, social mobilization and political participation. Before and after the January 25 Revolution in 2011, the youth-led political protest movement became an important driving force behind the fall of the Mubarak regime. This paper examines the development of Egyptian youth movement and organization and its interaction with contemporary Egyptian politics, society and ideological trend from three aspects of organizational form, social ideological trend and political participation. In terms of organizational form, religious and political organizations represented by the youth branch of the "Muslim Brotherhood", anti-government organizations represented by the "Youth Movement of 6 April" and Islamic political parties represented by the Al-Nama Party, The "White Knight" and "Ahli" fans as the representative of extreme fan organizations, constitute the main types of contemporary Egyptian youth sports. In the process of organizing the youth movement in Egypt, the actual effect of the political struggle of the youth organization is determined by the entry of members, the organizational structure, the mobilization mode, the way of struggle, the idea of organization, the source of funds, etc. In the aspect of social trend, the mobilization ability of radical Islamism and Islamic populism, represented by religious and political forces, was greatly improved during the January 25 Revolution. Among them, the "Youth Movement of April 6" and extremist fan organizations represented the forces of Islamic populism, and through social mobilization during the political struggle, they strengthened the collective identity of youth groups based on common Islamic values. The game with secular authoritarianism became an important force in Egypt's political reconstruction and social change. In the aspect of political practice, the January 25 Revolution promoted the consciousness of political participation of Egyptian youth group and promoted the establishment of the youth branch of Islamic political party. Through deepening political participation, developing political culture and promoting government decision-making, the Egyptian youth movement has had an important impact on the political development and social transformation of contemporary Egypt, and has realized the positive interaction between youth groups and political power. To promote the process of democratic political and social reform in Egypt.
