【摘要】：文章通過(guò)對(duì)有關(guān)巴西政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放的文獻(xiàn)資料與網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容調(diào)查,獲取原始材料并進(jìn)行內(nèi)容的概括和分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)巴西聯(lián)邦政府的數(shù)據(jù)開放具有制定了完善的政策法規(guī)、擁有詳細(xì)的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程、廣泛吸引社會(huì)公眾參與、積極開展國(guó)際合作等特點(diǎn),值得我國(guó)的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放在政府頂層設(shè)計(jì)、吸引社會(huì)民眾參與以及挖掘數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值等方面借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the literature and website content about the Brazilian government data opening, the paper obtains the original materials and carries on the summary and the analysis of the content. The study found that the data openness of the Brazilian federal government has the characteristics of making perfect policies and regulations, having detailed standards and processes of government data opening, attracting the participation of the public and actively developing international cooperation, etc. It is worthy of our country's government data opening design at the top of the government, attracting the participation of the public and mining the data value and so on.
