[Abstract]:Since March 14, 2014, the United States Department of Commerce has renounced its IANA regulatory authority and is being led by the Internet name and Digital address Distribution Agency (ICANN) to develop the IANA handover program. The discussion of the handover program has undoubtedly been the focus of attention and discussion in the global Internet community over the past two years. However, many people have neglected to go outside the handover program.
