【摘要】：經過六十多年的發(fā)展,歐盟已經成為區(qū)域一體化的成功典范。歐洲一體化是經濟、政治統(tǒng)一的結晶。在長達60多年的一體化進程中,歐盟各成員國在經濟和政治方面均進行了大量的整合,但移民融合中的文化及身份認同問題尤其是穆斯林移民融合中文化及身份認同問題似乎被置于了邊緣地位。歐洲穆斯林移民的融合問題主要源于二戰(zhàn)后的移民政策。二戰(zhàn)后,歐洲各國因勞動力上的不足不得不接納大量的外來移民,其中又以穆斯林移民居多。一方面穆斯林群體整體的受教育程度不高,另一方面由于其與歐洲本土的語言、文化也存在著極大的差異,這些都阻礙了穆斯林群體與歐洲本土居民之間有效的交流和溝通。此外歐洲本土部分居民不同程度存在的排外思想和高人一等的心理,使得穆斯林群體更難融入主流社會中。隨著穆斯林群體的增長,加上近些年來歐洲國家經濟發(fā)展的不振,穆斯林群體與主流社群在歐盟國家中的社會矛盾也日益突顯。近年一系列恐怖襲擊事件的發(fā)生,使得對待穆斯林移民群體的"伊斯蘭恐懼癥"不斷在歐洲國家蔓延開來,部分群眾將穆斯林與伊斯蘭教極端主義混為一談,這使得穆斯林群體在歐洲國家處境更加艱難。歐洲穆斯林移民融合問題對歐盟的和平與穩(wěn)定極為重要,也是歐盟多元主義政策及種族平等理念的試金石。對待歐洲穆斯林移民融合問題不能一味地采取隔離策略,更不能以暴制暴。而是應該積極主動通過政策調整來逐漸幫助"歐洲穆斯林"群體擺脫身份與暴力的邏輯困境。這既能體現歐盟的責任擔當,也將開啟歐盟未來多民族融合道路上的新篇章。
[Abstract]:After more than 60 years of development, the European Union has become a successful example of regional integration. European integration is the crystallization of economic and political unity. The member states of the European Union have made a great deal of economic and political integration. But the issues of culture and identity in the integration of immigrants, especially in the integration of Muslim immigrants, seem to be marginalized. The integration of Muslim immigrants in Europe is mainly due to the immigration policy after the second World War. European countries have to accept a large number of immigrants because of the shortage of labor force, most of which are Muslim immigrants. On the one hand, the Muslim community as a whole is not highly educated, on the other hand, because of its native European language, There are also great differences in culture, which hinder effective communication and communication between Muslim communities and native Europeans. In addition, there are different degrees of xenophobia and superior psychology among the native parts of Europe. Making it harder for Muslims to integrate into mainstream society. With the growth of the Muslim community, coupled with the sluggish economic development of European countries in recent years, The social conflict between the Muslim community and the mainstream community in the European Union has also become increasingly acute. In recent years, a series of terrorist attacks have made the "Islamophobia" of the Muslim immigrant community spreading in European countries. Some people confuse Muslims with Islamic extremism, which makes the Muslim community even more difficult in European countries. The integration of Muslim immigrants in Europe is vital to peace and stability in the European Union. It is also a litmus test of the European Union's policy of pluralism and the idea of racial equality. The integration of Muslim immigrants in Europe should not be treated in isolation. We should not use violence to curb violence. Rather, we should take the initiative to gradually help the "European Muslims" to extricate themselves from the logical dilemma of identity and violence through policy adjustments. This can reflect the responsibility of the European Union. It will also open a new chapter in the EU's future multiethnic integration.
