【摘要】：正在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,網(wǎng)絡的強弱在很大程度上決定著國家的強弱,"網(wǎng)"強則國強、"網(wǎng)"弱則國弱。以色列,一個國土面積狹小、資源種類稀缺、飽受戰(zhàn)亂紛爭的中東國家。其憑借深謀遠慮的發(fā)展思路和獨具匠心的管理政策,彌補了自然劣勢與先天不足,
[Abstract]:In the age of the Internet, the strength and weakness of the Internet largely determine the strength of the country. The countries of the Middle East, which have suffered from wars and disputes, have made up for their natural weaknesses and natural deficiencies by their far-sighted development thinking and ingenious management policies.
