【摘要】： 本論文以政治學(xué),國(guó)際政治,宗教文化和西方哲學(xué)的有關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)現(xiàn)代美國(guó)猶太政治作出一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析和考察。論文跨越多個(gè)學(xué)科,多種理論,屬于復(fù)合研究型論文。具體研究方法如下:以歷史主義方法分析猶太教和猶太精神的形成;以宗教文化學(xué)的原理為指導(dǎo),揭示猶太教的現(xiàn)代化造成的教派分裂,猶太復(fù)國(guó)主義的形成以及猶太復(fù)國(guó)主義對(duì)猶太教派的整合功能和對(duì)美國(guó)猶太人政治覺(jué)醒的推動(dòng)作用。以政治學(xué)的基本原理分析美國(guó)猶太人的政治思想歷程,展示美國(guó)猶太人政治思想的復(fù)雜性;以國(guó)際政治現(xiàn)實(shí)主義理論為主線,歷時(shí)考察美國(guó)猶太人勢(shì)力,美以關(guān)系和美國(guó)的中東政策之間的關(guān)聯(lián)與互動(dòng),其中又以建構(gòu)主義的視角解釋美國(guó)和以色列之間的認(rèn)同,同時(shí)參照博弈論的原理,分析美國(guó),以色列和阿拉伯國(guó)家之間的合縱連橫。 本文認(rèn)為,猶太教和猶太精神是猶太民族的本質(zhì)規(guī)定性,是統(tǒng)攝現(xiàn)代美國(guó)猶太政治的精神母本,猶太政治的的生成和發(fā)展都與猶太教和猶太精神息息相關(guān)。美國(guó)猶太政治的未來(lái)走向也決定于猶太教和猶太精神的延續(xù)。這是本文的一個(gè)極為重要的結(jié)論。本文還認(rèn)為,無(wú)論美國(guó)猶太人的政治影響有多大,卻很難撼動(dòng)和顛覆基督教白人政治在美國(guó)政治中的主導(dǎo)性和統(tǒng)治地位。美國(guó)猶太政治的內(nèi)涵是美國(guó)猶太人影響和參與美國(guó)政治。主要表現(xiàn)是猶太人為了實(shí)現(xiàn)自身族裔利益和以色列國(guó)家利益的最大化,利用自身超強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和掌握強(qiáng)大的新聞媒體,輿論工具和思想庫(kù),建立自己的政治組織和利益集團(tuán);或通過(guò)直接從政,形成一定的政治勢(shì)力并且提出一系列特定的政治思想影響美國(guó)政治;美國(guó)猶太人同時(shí)十分注重培植親猶太以色列勢(shì)力,猶太人院外集團(tuán)的游說(shuō)行為對(duì)美以關(guān)系,美國(guó)的中東政策的造成深刻影響。 本論文分為緒論,正文,后記以及附錄。正文一共六章,每一章都是圍繞一個(gè)專題進(jìn)行論述。整個(gè)論文的字?jǐn)?shù)約為18萬(wàn)字。 第一章論述美國(guó)猶太民族的生成和演變。猶太民族最早創(chuàng)立一神猶太教,形成了獨(dú)特的猶太性和猶太精神。猶太民族歷經(jīng)千年而強(qiáng)勁存在,并且保存著他們獨(dú)特的信仰和崇拜。在千年流散中,猶太人深受反猶主義的迫害,但仍然作為一個(gè)獨(dú)特的民族生存下來(lái)了。近現(xiàn)代以來(lái),猶太人向美國(guó)移民,一共出現(xiàn)了四次移民高潮。美國(guó)猶太民族的形成過(guò)程是猶太人在美國(guó)與其他民族的同化與共存的過(guò)程。美國(guó)猶太人通過(guò)有限同化和多元共存,已經(jīng)融入了現(xiàn)代美國(guó)社會(huì)。這是全篇論文展開(kāi)的歷史基礎(chǔ)和必要的背景交代。 第二章論述猶太教的現(xiàn)代化,猶太教在現(xiàn)代化的語(yǔ)境中出現(xiàn)教派分裂,但是在猶太復(fù)國(guó)主義的旗幟下重新整合,在民族主義和現(xiàn)代化的雙重力量的推動(dòng)之下,美國(guó)猶太人實(shí)現(xiàn)了他們的政治覺(jué)醒。這一章承上啟下,是分析猶太政治的邏輯起點(diǎn)。 第三章從宏觀上考察美國(guó)猶太人的政治思想里程,直接進(jìn)入猶太政治的核心理論問(wèn)題。美國(guó)猶太人曾經(jīng)接受過(guò)社會(huì)主義,但其政治思想的主流是自由主義,20世紀(jì)60年代,猶太人政治思想出現(xiàn)兩股趨勢(shì):猶太左派激進(jìn)主義和新保守主義。新保守主義發(fā)軔于猶太人知識(shí)分子群落,并在不斷的發(fā)展當(dāng)中。猶太左派激進(jìn)主義卻很快消歇。 第四章研究猶太人的現(xiàn)代政治行為,這是美國(guó)猶太政治的軀殼和骨架,也是猶太政治的發(fā)生機(jī)制和運(yùn)作機(jī)制所在。現(xiàn)代美國(guó)猶太人的政治行為主要包括猶太“從政”現(xiàn)象,猶太人院外集團(tuán)和利益集團(tuán)的形以及美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)親以色列勢(shì)力的培植等。 第五章是論文的重要部分,具體歷時(shí)地描述美國(guó)猶太勢(shì)力,美以關(guān)系和美國(guó)的中東政策的三角關(guān)系,是美國(guó)猶太政治最為突出的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)和事實(shí)注腳。歷史證明,美國(guó)猶太人堅(jiān)決捍衛(wèi)以色列的利益,甚至不惜犧牲美國(guó)的利益。美國(guó)是以色列的忠實(shí)的盟友,以色列是美國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略資產(chǎn)。但是在美國(guó)與以色列的互動(dòng)中,以色列有時(shí)也損害美國(guó)的利益,美國(guó)有時(shí)為了整體的利益也做出不利于以色列的政策和決定。 第六章對(duì)美國(guó)猶太政治的現(xiàn)狀和前景做出一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)估。猶太新保守主義的崛起以及在小布什政府中的走紅是美國(guó)猶太政治在當(dāng)代的最主要的表現(xiàn)。猶太人的政治前景尚不確定。為了猶太政治的持續(xù),猶太政治必須實(shí)現(xiàn)策略轉(zhuǎn)型。 本論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于選題,立論和方法。 本文選題新穎,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者全面研究美國(guó)猶太政治的還較為少見(jiàn)。本論文從理論和實(shí)踐的兩方面出發(fā),試圖全面研究二十世紀(jì)美國(guó)猶太政治,理清其脈絡(luò),揭示其內(nèi)因,把握其規(guī)律,預(yù)測(cè)其發(fā)展。 立論新是多方面的。從猶太教的現(xiàn)代化和猶太復(fù)國(guó)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)當(dāng)中梳理出美國(guó)現(xiàn)代猶太政治的萌芽。美國(guó)猶太人在其唯以色列利益是瞻的政治活動(dòng)中對(duì)美國(guó)利益的損害以及他們對(duì)反猶主義的濫用造成美國(guó)猶太人自身的政治困境,猶太新保守主義概念的提出,這些都是本論文突破前人的觀點(diǎn)。方法新是指本論文綜合運(yùn)用國(guó)際政治理論,西方哲學(xué),宗教文化多種理論,特別使運(yùn)用現(xiàn)實(shí)主義,建構(gòu)主義,博弈論,因事而異,進(jìn)行較為獨(dú)到和有創(chuàng)意的論證。
[Abstract]:This thesis is guided by the relevant theories of political science , international politics , religious culture and western philosophy , and makes a systematic analysis and investigation of modern American Jewish politics . This paper holds that the Jewish and Jewish spirit is the essence of the Jewish people . It is the spiritual mother of the Jewish politics in the United States . The future trend of the Jewish politics is also determined by the Jewish and Jewish spirit . This is a very important conclusion of this article . The main manifestations of the Jewish politics in the United States are the influence and participation of American politics in American politics . This thesis is divided into an introduction , a body , a postscript , and an appendix . Each chapter is composed of six chapters , each of which is discussed around a topic . The number of the whole paper is about 180,000 words . The first chapter deals with the formation and evolution of the Jewish people in the United States . The Jewish people first created a Jewish religion and formed a unique Jewish and Jewish spirit . The Jewish people have been persecuted by anti - Semitism during the years , but they still exist as a unique nation . In the modern times , the Jewish people have been persecuted by anti - Semitism , but they still exist as a unique nation . The formation of the Jewish people in the United States is a process of assimilation and coexistence of Jews in the United States and other nations . The Jewish people have been integrated into the modern American society through limited assimilation and multiple coexistence . This is the historical basis and the necessary background of the whole thesis . The second chapter discusses the modernization of the Jewish religion , which is divided by the sect in the context of modernization . However , under the banner of the Judea , the Jews in the United States have realized their political awakening under the double power of nationalism and modernization . This chapter is a logical starting point for the analysis of Jewish politics . In the third chapter , we look at the political ideas of American Jews directly into the core of Jewish politics . American Jews have accepted socialism , but the mainstream of their political ideas is liberalism . In the 1960s , the Jewish political thought emerged two trends : Jewish left radicalism and neo - conservatism . Neo - conservatism originated in Jewish intellectual communities , and in constant development . Jewish left - wing radicalism quickly breaks down . The fourth chapter studies the modern political behavior of the Jews , which is the shell and skeleton of the Jewish politics in the United States , and the mechanism and mechanism of the operation of the Jewish politics . The political behavior of the Jewish people mainly includes the phenomenon of " politics " , the shape of the outside group and interest group of the Jewish community , and the cultivation of the pro - Israeli forces in the United States . Chapter V is an important part of the thesis , which describes the U.S . Jewish forces , the U.S . - Israeli relations and the U.S . Middle East policy . History proves that the U.S . Jews are firmly defending Israel ' s interests and even sacrificing the interests of the United States . Chapter 6 makes an appropriate assessment of the current situation and prospect of the Jewish politics in the United States . The rise of Jewish neo - conservatism and the shift in the Bush administration are the main manifestations of American Jewish politics in the contemporary era . The political prospects of the Jews are uncertain . For the sake of the continuing Jewish politics , the Jewish politics must realize strategic transformation . The innovation of this thesis lies in the selection of questions , theories and methods . This paper attempts to study the American Jewish politics in the twentieth century and reveal its cause , grasp its laws and predict the development of the Jewish politics in the twentieth century . On the other hand , the author points out that the present paper comprehensively applies the theory of international politics , western philosophy and religious culture , and makes use of the theory of international politics , western philosophy and religious culture .
