【摘要】：近年來,泰國、緬甸、柬埔寨、印尼、馬來西亞、菲律賓等東南亞國家的政治多元化日趨明顯。面對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展瓶頸,邊緣化或半邊緣化的政治力量開始要求更多的話語權(quán),并試圖構(gòu)建更公平合理的發(fā)展模式,從而引發(fā)相關(guān)國家的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。對"一帶一路"建設(shè)而言,這是機(jī)遇,有助于在變革中塑造"一帶一路"建設(shè)的共識;這也是挑戰(zhàn),將會使"一帶一路"建設(shè)的合作面臨嚴(yán)重的不確定性,因此有必要深化民心相通工作,加強(qiáng)政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, political pluralism in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries has become increasingly evident. In the face of bottlenecks in social and economic development, marginalized or semi-marginalized political forces have begun to demand more voice. And tries to build a more equitable and reasonable development model, thus triggering the adjustment of the power structure of the relevant countries. For the construction of "Belt and Road", this is an opportunity that will help shape the consensus on building "Belt and Road" in the course of transformation; this is also a challenge. It will make the cooperation of Belt and Road construction face serious uncertainty, so it is necessary to deepen the work of intercommunion among the people and strengthen the prevention of political risks.
