【摘要】：為解決城市化進(jìn)程中的環(huán)境問題,綠色城市主義理論應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。實(shí)踐表明,該理論成功指導(dǎo)了歐洲城市的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型,通過緊湊發(fā)展、優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通、發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)管理,有效避免了城市的蔓延式無序發(fā)展,降低了城市交通對(duì)小汽車出行的依賴,城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量顯著提升,城市宜居性得到大幅提升。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程已經(jīng)進(jìn)入加速發(fā)展階段,城市發(fā)展面臨一系列問題,本文試圖研究如何借鑒歐洲綠色城市主義的先進(jìn)理論及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),有效提升中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展質(zhì)量,并提出完善城鎮(zhèn)化的對(duì)策措施。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the environmental problems in the process of urbanization, the theory of green urbanism emerges as the times require. Practice shows that the theory has successfully guided the green transformation of European cities, giving priority to the development of public transport through compact development. The development of green economy and ecological management has effectively avoided the sprawling disorder of the city, reduced the dependence of urban traffic on car travel, significantly improved the quality of the urban environment, and greatly improved the livability of the city. The process of urbanization in China has entered the stage of accelerated development, and the urban development is facing a series of problems. This paper attempts to study how to learn from the advanced theory and practical experience of European green urbanism to effectively improve the quality of China's urbanization development. And put forward the countermeasure measure that consummates urbanization.
