【摘要】：正俄羅斯自普京執(zhí)政以來(lái),依托統(tǒng)一俄羅斯黨逐步完善了保守主義思想體系,其治理策略開(kāi)始從實(shí)用主義向保守主義轉(zhuǎn)變。在保守主義理念下,普京執(zhí)政期間驅(qū)逐了寡頭,弘揚(yáng)了傳統(tǒng)文化價(jià)值觀,有效維護(hù)了國(guó)家主權(quán)的完整與獨(dú)立。保守主義思想及其相應(yīng)的國(guó)家治理策略,是俄羅斯21世紀(jì)以來(lái)構(gòu)建新型國(guó)家治理體系的重要組成部分,其不再以實(shí)用主義的優(yōu)化選擇和有效性為原則,而是以價(jià)值觀為先導(dǎo),具有越來(lái)越深層次的含義。
[Abstract]:Since Putin came into power, Russia has gradually perfected its conservative ideology system by relying on the United Russia Party, and its governance strategy has begun to change from pragmatism to conservatism, under the concept of conservatism. Putin expelled the oligarchs, carried forward the traditional cultural values, effectively maintained the integrity and independence of national sovereignty, conservatism and the corresponding national governance strategy. Russia is an important part of the construction of a new type of state governance system since 21th century. It is no longer based on the optimization and effectiveness of pragmatism as the principle, but on the values as the forerunner. Has a deeper and deeper meaning.
