【摘要】：地區(qū)間發(fā)展失衡是發(fā)展中國家的普遍現(xiàn)象,拉美國家自不例外。今天,這個問題依然是制約拉美國家發(fā)展的一個重要因素。其中,作為拉美第一大國的巴西,地域遼闊,人口眾多,不同地區(qū)的差異性大,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象更具典型性,而其治理地區(qū)發(fā)展失衡過程的成功經(jīng)驗和失敗教訓給其它國家提供了啟示。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of development between regions is a common phenomenon in developing countries, and Latin American countries are no exception. Today, this problem is still an important factor restricting the development of Latin American countries. The region is vast, the population is large, the difference between different regions is great, the phenomenon of regional development imbalance is more typical, and its successful experience and failure lessons in the process of governing the unbalanced development of the region provide enlightenment to other countries.
