【摘要】：以美國(guó)聯(lián)邦應(yīng)急管理局官方網(wǎng)站的政策、報(bào)道為主要數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,分析了美國(guó)聯(lián)邦應(yīng)急管理局的應(yīng)急信息發(fā)布渠道。研究指出,其構(gòu)成包括傳統(tǒng)渠道和電子渠道,在發(fā)布策略上注重網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、推進(jìn)"多媒介"融合以及體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷,并批判性地總結(jié)了發(fā)布渠道還存在諸如結(jié)構(gòu)沖突、官僚風(fēng)氣和數(shù)字鴻溝等問(wèn)題,最后還提煉出對(duì)中國(guó)政府應(yīng)急信息發(fā)布渠道的有益啟示。
[Abstract]:Based on the policy of the official website of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), this paper analyzes the emergency information distribution channels of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and points out that its composition includes traditional channels and electronic channels. Emphasis on the application of network technology in the release strategy, promote the "multi-media" integration and reflect humanistic concern, and critically summed up the distribution channels such as structural conflicts, bureaucratic atmosphere and digital divide and other problems. In the end, it also abstracts the beneficial enlightenment to the Chinese government emergency information release channel.
