【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展，世界各國(guó)正在納入市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大潮。各國(guó)政府在社會(huì)管理中都出現(xiàn)了一些政府與企業(yè)無(wú)法調(diào)控的領(lǐng)域，這就提出了第三組織存在的必要性，因此，非政府組織成為世界各國(guó)研究的熱點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。本文試圖對(duì)于印度非政府發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的研究為我國(guó)非政府組織的發(fā)展提供一些借鑒和啟示。 印度是發(fā)展中國(guó)家的第二大國(guó)，其非政府組織出現(xiàn)的歷史悠久，在社會(huì)管理中作用明顯。那么，印度非政府組織整體的發(fā)展水平及現(xiàn)狀是什么?在各個(gè)具體領(lǐng)域有何優(yōu)勢(shì)?研究印度非政府組織的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)于正在進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制建設(shè)中的中國(guó)，保持社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)，都具有一定的借鑒意義。 本文綜合運(yùn)用歷史分析法、理論分析法、比較研究法等多種研究方法，在借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)印度非政府組織研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，分析印度非政府組織的影響和作用，并對(duì)我國(guó)非政府組織的發(fā)展提出一些具體的政策性建議。 本文共分三大部分：導(dǎo)言、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)。 導(dǎo)言部分著重介紹了問(wèn)題的提出以及選題的意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、本文的主要研究方法和基本觀點(diǎn)。 正文部分分為四章，結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 第一章，非政府組織基本理論。文章首先介紹了非政府組織的含義，然后，對(duì)NGO以及NPO這兩個(gè)概念作了適當(dāng)?shù)谋容^分析。最后，本文認(rèn)為分析印度非政府組織使用NGO這一概念較為恰當(dāng)。這部分為下面探討印度的非政府組織打下理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二章，印度非政府組織發(fā)展基本概況。文章分析了印度非政府組織的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、發(fā)展階段和主要特點(diǎn)。此外，文章比較詳細(xì)地論述了印度非政府組織的法律制度框架，然后，指出印度政府對(duì)非政府組織的管理狀況。 第三章，對(duì)印度非政府組織發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)。文章分別評(píng)述了印度非政府組織的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及存在的問(wèn)題。 第四章，對(duì)于中國(guó)非政府組織的發(fā)展提出建議。文章先介紹中國(guó)非政府組織發(fā)展的狀況及存在的問(wèn)題，運(yùn)用比較方法，，借鑒印度非政府組織發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出今后我國(guó)非政府組織發(fā)展的若干建議。 結(jié)論，總結(jié)全文。印度非政府組織對(duì)于中國(guó)非政府組織的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, countries in the world are bringing into the market economy. The governments of all countries have appeared some fields which can not be regulated by governments and enterprises in the social management. This raises the need for a third organization to exist, therefore. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have become the focus of research in the world. This paper attempts to provide some reference and inspiration for the development of NGOs in India. India is the second largest country in developing countries, its non-governmental organizations have a long history and play a significant role in social management. What is the overall development level and status quo of Indian non-governmental organizations? What are the advantages in specific areas? The study on the development of Indian non-governmental organizations is of great significance for China, which is building a socialist market economy system, to maintain social stability and build a harmonious socialist society. This paper comprehensively uses historical analysis, theoretical analysis, comparative research and other research methods, on the basis of the academic research on Indian non-governmental organizations. This paper analyzes the influence and function of Indian non-governmental organizations, and puts forward some concrete policy suggestions for the development of Chinese non-governmental organizations. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction mainly introduces the question and the significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the main research methods and basic viewpoints of this paper. The text is divided into four chapters, the structure of which is as follows: The first chapter is the basic theory of NGO. Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning of NGO, and then makes an appropriate comparative analysis of the two concepts, NGO and NPO. Finally. This paper holds that it is more appropriate to analyze the concept of NGO used by Indian NGOs, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following discussion of Indian NGOs. The second chapter, the development of Indian non-governmental organizations. The article analyzes the development of Indian non-governmental organizations, the development stage and the main characteristics. In addition. This paper discusses the legal system framework of Indian NGOs in detail, and then points out the Indian government's management of NGOs. In chapter three, the author reviews the advantages and problems of Indian NGOs. Chapter 4th, for the development of Chinese non-governmental organizations put forward suggestions. First, the article introduces the development of Chinese non-governmental organizations and existing problems, using comparative methods, learn from the development of Indian non-governmental organizations experience. Some suggestions on the development of NGOs in China in the future are put forward. Conclusion, summing up the full text. The reference significance of Indian NGOs to Chinese NGOs.
