【摘要】：近些年來,隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷推進和經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,大力提高市民素質已經(jīng)被列為重要議題。雖然從整體而言,我國市民的素質已經(jīng)比前些年有了很大程度的提高,但仍存在進一步提升的空間,尤其與美國市民相比,我國市民素質還不盡如人意。文章嘗試比較中美城市的市民素質,并分析產(chǎn)生差異的原因,希望能以發(fā)達國家的做法為借鑒,提出提升我國市民素質的方法與對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the urbanization process and the rapid economic development in China, it has been listed as an important issue to improve the quality of the citizens. Though the quality of our citizens has been greatly improved over the past few years, there is still room for further improvement. Especially in comparison with the American citizens, the quality of our citizens is not satisfactory. This article tries to compare the quality of citizens in the cities of China and America, and analyzes the reasons for the differences. It hopes to learn from the practices of developed countries and put forward the methods and Countermeasures to improve the quality of our citizens.
