組織官僚主義與社區(qū)森林管理:加蓬農村居民認知視角

在任何一個國家或地區(qū),個人或階層的生活條件,諸如:基本權利、舒適、可獲得的必需品和物質物品的是生活水平。像食物、住所、教育設施、衛(wèi)生設施等基本設施與其它要素,有助于決定生活條件。組織官僚機構是高度有組織的結構,其具有適當?shù)闹笓]和管理層次結構。該結構分成各個部門,具有明確而高效的決策過程。組織官僚機構的規(guī)章制度非常嚴格。官僚機構應該是公平、有序和高效的。官僚組織結構給生活環(huán)境帶來穩(wěn)定。一個適當?shù)膶哟谓Y構,給任何工作場所都帶來穩(wěn)定。集中權力給組織帶來了一致性的愿景幫助定義清晰而準確的目標。權力集中在有限的一組人,這會導致越來越少的部分人參與討論和決定。任何新觀念的文化可接受性,都是人們現(xiàn)有的價值觀和態(tài)度與新觀念的一致性的體現(xiàn)。本研究論文旨在分析組織官僚主義在改善社區(qū)林業(yè)生活條件和調解中的作用。研究結果表明,集中權力對生活條件的影響并不大,但穩(wěn)定方向對生活條件的影響較大。同樣,支持社區(qū)、文化可接受性、結構可接受性三種中介變量的影響,對集中權力與生活條件的關系以及穩(wěn)定與生活條件的關系都產生了重大的調解作用。因此,所述調解變量在研究中都顯示出顯著的調解作用。
