英國(guó)在國(guó)際關(guān)系中的常規(guī)做法是建立在強(qiáng)化美國(guó)霸權(quán)的世界秩序的基礎(chǔ)上的,中國(guó)的崛起顯然給英國(guó)帶來了一個(gè)新的環(huán)境,也給英國(guó)帶來了一系列的挑戰(zhàn)。倫敦將如何應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)在全球政治中日益大的影響力,美國(guó)將如何塑造中英關(guān)系的發(fā)展?本文將從國(guó)際關(guān)系理論的視角出發(fā),一方面分析英國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)的態(tài)度,另一方面分析英國(guó)與美國(guó)的關(guān)系,考慮到全球治理,安全領(lǐng)域,貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題等方面。本文首先考察了美英和中英關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)以及它們交叉部分,并討論了英國(guó)同時(shí)處理兩國(guó)關(guān)系的可取性和可行性。
