2013-2014年的烏克蘭危機是國際關(guān)系中的一個特殊概念,由此產(chǎn)生了東西方地緣政治關(guān)系。然而,危機的原因十分復雜,可以將其劃分為一系列的內(nèi)部烏克蘭因素和外部政治因素。從一方面來說,由于烏克蘭國家的歷史、文化和精神的復雜集合,內(nèi)部政治原因可能被認為是最有價值的。這一原因大多是客觀的,具有深刻的歷史原因。另一方面,腐敗、寡頭統(tǒng)治、社會嚴重不平等等內(nèi)在原因是主觀因素,這一點已經(jīng)被大量事實證明,不需要更多其它的證據(jù)。當前研究的核心是另一大類要素,是以俄羅斯聯(lián)邦、美國等大國將烏克蘭作為外國因素和利益的對象,以及地緣政治影響的工具。然而,根據(jù)已將發(fā)表在科學出版物上的研究人員的觀點來看,這一項研究似乎并不那么重要。筆者首先從地緣政治學的角度提出自己的觀點,將其作為現(xiàn)代烏克蘭這樣一個具有矛盾和豐富歷史的多維國家形成領土的歷史背景。同時,地緣政治觀點包括一些方面,例如國際強國將烏克蘭領土視為進一步擴大利益領域的重要一步。這一觀點主要是由另一位地緣政治學家提出的,他們從國際安全問題的角度來看待烏克蘭危機,為當前的研究提供了背景。烏克蘭問題可以稱為威脅歐洲安全體系的因素之一,它為俄羅斯聯(lián)邦與整個北約,特別...
