【摘要】：人口老齡化趨勢(shì)是新世紀(jì)中國(guó)人口問(wèn)題的典型特征。且絕大多數(shù)老年人都在農(nóng)村地區(qū)。加之中國(guó)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加劇、城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展和農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的解體,農(nóng)村老年人口日走向“空巢化”,且農(nóng)村“空巢老人”在其物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題解決之后,必然要面臨精神層面文化養(yǎng)老的問(wèn)題,從而使避免老年人日益嚴(yán)重的精神匱乏,甚至情感危機(jī)等現(xiàn)象。從現(xiàn)實(shí)的角度講,山西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平居于全國(guó)中等水平,其“空巢老人”的文化養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題,又具有不同于發(fā)達(dá)省份和欠發(fā)展省份的特殊性。因此,本論文以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平處于全國(guó)中等程度的山西省為例,以其農(nóng)村“空巢老人”文化養(yǎng)老為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)山西省S市農(nóng)村空巢老人進(jìn)行樣本調(diào)查,試圖挖掘出山西省農(nóng)村空巢老人文化養(yǎng)老中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而從社區(qū)支持的角度,論述其對(duì)山西省農(nóng)村空巢老人文化養(yǎng)老的適應(yīng)性,以及社區(qū)支持空巢老人文化養(yǎng)老具體路徑。為了達(dá)到研究目的,本論文首先針對(duì)山西省農(nóng)村“空巢老人”的特殊性,通過(guò)科學(xué)選擇樣本和綜合設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,以問(wèn)卷法為主,輔以一定的訪談法,形成“山西省農(nóng)村空巢老人”文化養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀”調(diào)查報(bào)告。通過(guò)調(diào)查,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、文化程度的制約、家庭文化養(yǎng)老支持功能弱化、農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)發(fā)展滯后等方面,尋找出山西省農(nóng)村“空巢老人”文化養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的原因,其后,本文從文化養(yǎng)老社區(qū)支持在解決經(jīng)濟(jì)文化能力受限、彌補(bǔ)家庭文化養(yǎng)老不足、互補(bǔ)農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)滯后方面的適應(yīng)性,從中說(shuō)明,山西省農(nóng)村空巢老人文化養(yǎng)老采用社區(qū)支持較為合理。最后,本文針對(duì)空巢老人文化養(yǎng)老的社區(qū)支持,進(jìn)行了具體的路徑設(shè)計(jì),提出從娛樂(lè)自我式文化養(yǎng)老需求、社交滿足式文化養(yǎng)老需求、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造式文化養(yǎng)老幾方面進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的路徑設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)上述路徑的具體實(shí)施,提出了資金、人力、制度等方面的政策保障措施。
[Abstract]:The trend of population aging is a typical feature of population problems in China in the new century. And the vast majority of the elderly are in rural areas. In addition, with the intensification of the industrialization process in China, the development of urbanization and the disintegration of the traditional family structure in rural areas, the rural elderly have moved towards "empty nesting" day after day, and the rural "empty nest elderly" have been resolved after their material pension problems have been resolved. It is necessary to face the problem of cultural old-age care in the spiritual level, so as to avoid the increasingly serious mental deprivation, even emotional crisis of the elderly. From the realistic point of view, the economic development level of Shanxi Province is in the middle level of the whole country, and the cultural pension problem of the "empty nest elderly" has the particularity different from the developed provinces and the underdeveloped provinces. Therefore, this paper takes Shanxi Province, whose economic development level is in the middle level of the country, as an example, takes its rural "empty nest elderly" culture as the object of study, and makes a sample investigation on the rural empty nest elderly people in S City, Shanxi Province. This paper attempts to dig out the problems existing in the cultural old-age support of rural empty nest in Shanxi Province, and then discusses its adaptability to the cultural old-age support of rural empty-nest elderly in Shanxi Province from the angle of community support, as well as the concrete path of community-supported cultural old-age support for the empty-nest elderly. In order to achieve the purpose of research, this paper firstly aimed at the particularity of "empty nest elderly" in rural areas of Shanxi Province, through the scientific selection of samples and comprehensive design questionnaire, mainly by questionnaire method, supplemented by a certain method of interview. Form "Shanxi province countryside empty nest old people" culture endowment present situation investigation report. Through the investigation, this article from the economic income, the cultural level restriction, the family culture old-age support function weakens, the rural cultural cause development lags behind, and so on, finds out the Shanxi Province countryside "empty nest old people" the cultural old-age existing problem reason, afterwards, This article from the cultural old-age community support in solving the economic and cultural capacity constraints, make up for the lack of family culture pension, complementary rural cultural cause lag adaptability, from which to explain, It is reasonable to adopt community support for the elderly with empty nest culture in Shanxi Province. Finally, aiming at the community support of the empty nest old people's culture, this paper designs the concrete path, and puts forward the demand of entertainment self-supporting culture and social contented culture to support the old-age from the point of view of entertainment, self-support and social satisfaction. The corresponding path design is carried out in several aspects of value-creating culture pension, and the policy guarantee measures of capital, manpower, system and so on are put forward for the concrete implementation of the above-mentioned path.
