【摘要】：當(dāng)今嚴(yán)重的"城市病"和"農(nóng)村病"向我們侵襲時,大力推進(jìn)農(nóng)村綠色小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)與發(fā)展是城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的有利補(bǔ)充舉措。目前,我國綠色小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)不斷得到"自上而下"的試點(diǎn)和"自下而上"的嘗試。"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"的發(fā)展理念為綠色小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的推進(jìn)提供了新的踐行與探索思路。在我國綠色小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的推進(jìn)中,"創(chuàng)新"提供了發(fā)展原動力,"協(xié)調(diào)"發(fā)揮了催化劑作用,"綠色"鎖定了其核心要求,"開放"起到了加速器作用,"共享"明確了建設(shè)歸宿。
[Abstract]:At present, when the serious "urban disease" and "rural disease" invade us, vigorously promoting the construction and development of rural green small towns is a favorable supplementary measure for the development of urbanization. At present, the construction of green small towns in China has been tried from top to bottom and from bottom to top. " The concept of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing provides a new way of practice and exploration for the construction of green small towns. In the promotion of the construction and development of green small towns in China, "innovation" has provided the driving force for development, "coordination" has played the role of catalyst, "green" has locked its core requirements, and "opening" has played the role of accelerator. "sharing" has defined the end-result of construction.
