【摘要】：本文利用2014年"中國(guó)計(jì)劃生育家庭發(fā)展追蹤調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),使用多層線性模型,研究老年人居住方式、社區(qū)環(huán)境與抑郁傾向之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示,獨(dú)居老年人抑郁傾向得分最高,其次是夫婦同住的老年人,而與子女同住的老年人抑郁傾向得分最低,居住方式對(duì)老年人心理健康具有重要影響。社區(qū)環(huán)境直接影響所有老年人的心理狀況,環(huán)境較好的社區(qū)老年人的抑郁傾向得分更低。社區(qū)環(huán)境在老年人居住方式對(duì)抑郁傾向的影響過程中也起著重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。在開展豐富文化活動(dòng)的地區(qū),獨(dú)居、夫婦同住與跟子女同住的老年人抑郁傾向得分差異小;而在文化活動(dòng)少的地區(qū),幾類老年人的抑郁傾向得分差異更大,與子女居住的老年人抑郁傾向要顯著低于獨(dú)居和夫婦同住老人,獨(dú)居老年人的狀況最差。社區(qū)文化活動(dòng)的開展可以減小某些居住方式對(duì)老年人心理健康的不利影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the family planning family development follow-up survey in China in 2014, a multi-layer linear model was used to study the relationship between the elderly's living style, community environment and depression tendency. The results showed that the elderly living alone had the highest score of depression tendency, followed by the elderly who lived with the couple, and the elderly who lived with their children had the lowest score of depression tendency. The living style had an important influence on the mental health of the elderly. The community environment has a direct impact on the psychological status of all the elderly, and the score of depression tendency of the elderly in the community with better environment is lower. Community environment also plays an important role in regulating the influence of residential style on depression tendency of the elderly. In the areas where rich cultural activities were carried out, the scores of depression tendency of the elderly who lived alone and lived with their children had little difference. In the areas with less cultural activities, the scores of depression tendency of several old people were more different, and the depression tendency of the elderly living with their children was significantly lower than that of the old people living alone and couples, and the situation of the elderly living alone was the worst. The development of community cultural activities can reduce the negative effects of certain living styles on the mental health of the elderly.
