【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期,國民政府為安置民眾、調(diào)動全國人力物力進行抗戰(zhàn),在各地相繼建立職業(yè)介紹機構、頒布職業(yè)介紹相關法律法規(guī),發(fā)展職業(yè)介紹事業(yè)。昆明由于地處后方,其戰(zhàn)略地位提高,城市和工業(yè)獲得一定發(fā)展,當?shù)芈殬I(yè)介紹所也獲得發(fā)展,其中尤以隸屬云南中華職業(yè)教育社的昆明職業(yè)指導所發(fā)展最快。昆明職業(yè)指導所成立后積極開展職業(yè)調(diào)查、職業(yè)訓練、代辦招考、職業(yè)介紹等工作,為昆明職業(yè)介紹服務的發(fā)展做出積極的貢獻。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, in order to resettle the people, the National Government mobilized the nation's manpower and material resources to carry out the War of Resistance against Japan, and successively set up employment agencies in various places, promulgated the relevant laws and regulations for the employment introduction, and developed the career of job placement. Because Kunming is located in the rear, its strategic position has been improved, the city and industry have been developed to a certain extent, and local employment agencies have also been developed, especially the Kunming Vocational guidance Office, which belongs to Yunnan China Vocational Education Association. After the establishment of the Kunming Vocational guidance Institute, it has made positive contributions to the development of the job placement service in Kunming by actively carrying out vocational investigation, vocational training, agency recruitment, job introduction, and so on.
